We aim to improve the lives of local residents in Thanet, Kent, who would otherwise have little chance of doing so themselves. TCDT is a non-profit organisation that invests any income into the on-going development of the local communities.

We aim to tackle unemployment by providing training, to help people close skill gaps and become more job-ready. In addition, TCDT works with local organisations to provide better opportunities for the community and therefore improve their employability.

Our Job Club aims to help people into employment, giving people the skills to find the role for them. Two members from our Margate Job Club have been working in partnership with Turner Contemporary and Olby's Creative Hub to celebrate the community that residents live and work in.
