This 8-hour course can take three different routes:

• A one-day course starting at 9 am and finishing at 4:30 pm.
• A twilight course spread across four evenings of two-hour sessions.
• Morning or Afternoon sessions spread across four two-hour sessions, or two four-hour sessions.
• Perfect for small, low-risk working environments such as small offices.

Those who pass will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.

• Roles and Responsibilities of a First Aider
• Scene and casualty surveys
• Administering CPR
• The recovery position
• Managing a choking casualty
• Minor injuries, including shock, bleeding, bruises, and nosebleeds.
