learndirect operates a network of more than 800 online learning centres in England and Wales, providing access to a range of e learning opportunities.

These are Internet based courses that can be worked through at your own pace with the support of our Tutor. They are broken down into bite sized chunks and flexible so you can do some of your course from home or wherever you can access the Internet.
They include:

IT Training

  • My Guide – introduction to using a computer, email and Internet
  • Basic training through to more advanced, including Office packages, and Internet
  • New Clait (Level 1)
  • Clait Plus and ECDL (Level 2)

Skills for Life and Work

  • Literacy and Numeracy (Level 1 & 2 with a nationally recognised qualification)

Employability

  • CV writing, Interview skills, motivation and confidence building

i-start

  • A range of courses to aid progression into employment

NVQs

  • In IT, Customer Service, Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Team Leading, Management (Level 3)
